This article refers to the arrival of the Frisby laden with goods (as well as convicts). 

JUST IMPORTED,

from Bristol, in the ship Frisby (Captain George Davie):

Best Cheshire and Gloucestershire cheese, bottled beer, window glass 8 by 10, Welsh cottons, Kerseys [rough woollen cloth], half thicks [similar to kerseys], rugs and blankets, nails of all sorts etc. etc.

to be sold at reasonable rates by James Dick
